Who we are
Krown Digital operates krowndigital.com from Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us at admin@krowndigital.com. We do not publish a phone number; all contact is by email.
This policy describes what we actually do, not what a template says a business like ours might do. Where we collect nothing, we say so.
What we collect
When you request a due-diligence pack. Your email address, which app you asked about, the wording of the consent you agreed to, the time you agreed, and the IP address the request came from. The consent record exists because the Spam Act 2003 requires us to be able to demonstrate that you agreed to be emailed.
When you join the build-slot waitlist. Your email address, the description you write of what you want built, and the same consent record as above. The description is also emailed to us so that a person reads it.
When you pay a deposit. Stripe collects your payment details and billing address on its own pages. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email address, the amount, and which app the deposit relates to.
When you browse. Nothing is stored on your device — see our cookie policy. Our hosting provider keeps server request logs, generated by the act of serving a page, which include IP addresses and are held for a short period for security and diagnostics.
We do not collect your name, phone number, company details or postal address, because there is nowhere on this site to enter them.
How we use it
- To send you the due-diligence pack you asked for.
- To send a small number of follow-up emails about the app you enquired about. Every one has an unsubscribe link. If you pay a deposit, we stop sending them.
- To tell you when a build slot opens, if you joined that waitlist.
- To deliver and support anything you buy.
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax records for payments.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles and we run no advertising on this site.

These providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. By giving us your email address you consent to that overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate protections, but overseas handling is a genuine consideration and you should know about it before you submit anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while you remain subscribed and for twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Payment and contract records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Server logs are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email admin@krowndigital.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, without contacting us at all.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security
Enquiry data is held by the providers named above under their own security arrangements. Download links for due-diligence packs are cryptographically signed and expire after seven days. We hold no payment card data at any point.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will email you about it rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
