No custom scoping, ever
How this works
We sell a fixed menu at fixed prices. There is no discovery call, no proposal and no negotiation — not as a sales tactic, but because the whole model depends on delivery taking days rather than months.
The process
Six steps
01
Open the demo
Every catalogue app has a live demo. Use it before you contact us. If it does not do what you need, nothing else about this matters.
02
Read the due-diligence pack
One per app. Architecture, what is licensed versus owned, the recurring costs you inherit, and revenue scenarios labelled as scenarios rather than as results.
03
Pay a A$500 deposit
Refundable within 14 days. It reserves configuration time and nothing more. It is not a commitment to buy.
04
Complete the brief
A structured form: your business name, branding, domain, pricing and store details. There is no scoping conversation, because there is nothing to scope — the product already exists.
05
Configuration sprint
We brand and configure your instance, point it at your domain, connect your payment account and submit any store listings.
06
Handover, then maintenance begins
You receive the handover pack, a training walkthrough and your credentials. Monthly maintenance starts from the handover date.
The part people discover too late
What you own, and what you licence
This is a licence, not a sale of source code. It is stated here rather than in the handover pack, because finding it out afterwards is how people end up feeling misled.
| Yours | Ours |
|---|---|
| Your brand, domain, content and customer relationships | The underlying application code |
| Your customer data and your revenue | The right to license the same product to others |
| Your payment account, in your own name | Ongoing maintenance, security patching and hosting |
| The right to sell your instance, subject to the licence terms | The instance itself, if maintenance lapses — see the licence terms |
Support
What you actually get
Deliberately unimpressive numbers that we can hold, rather than impressive ones we cannot.
48-hour response
By email, on business days. Not 24/7, and we do not publish a phone number — contact is asynchronous by design.
Maintenance is required
A$149–A$299/month, covering hosting, security patching and upstream fixes. It is a condition of the licence, not an upsell.
Two calls, maximum
One before you commit if you want it, one at handover. Everything else is written, which also means it is on the record.
Need something that isn’t in the catalogue?
We take on one fixed-scope, fixed-price build a month, from a written brief. It is currently closed, with a waitlist.
